Delivery Terms & Conditions

-          Upon check out, a fixed delivery fee will be charged to the customer limited to Metro Manila only.

-          Delivery will be made on the same day if it is confirmed until 5PM. Orders confirmed after this time will be delivered on the next day.

-          Customers must ensure that the contact details (Name, Contact Number and address) for the delivery are correct. Once items have been dispatched, any corrections to the delivery details will not be entertained anymore and customer will responsible to contact the rider for any changes.

-          Since we use a 3rd party delivery service, we will ensure that the items will be dispatched in a reasonable time but we cannot assure a specific time of delivery.

-          Once booking has been made, tracking details will be shared to the customer for your reference. Please avoid asking the store regarding the whereabouts of the rider as they are an independent 3rd party delivery service.

-          Please ensure that a representative is available at the delivery address to receive the goods and your contact number is reachable. In case the good are returned to the store because no one was available to receive it, the store will no be obliged to replace any items and an additional charges will be added for the re-delivery of the items.

-          Deliveries may be postponed to a different day due to situations beyond our control such, as but not limited to: bad weather, transport strikes, etc. The store holds the rights to rechedule delivery as it deems fit.

-          Delivery will be booked thru third-party services. Our staff will ensure that all items are packaged securely and are all in the best condition before it is handed over for delivery. However, we will not be liable for damages during transit.

Pick Up Terms & Conditions

-          Your order will be set aside for you and will be stored in the appropriate storage conditions (chilled/frozen, as necessary). Confirmed orders must be picked up within 24 hours. Beyond the timeframe mentioned above, the store will not be held liable for any quality/spoilage issues especially with highly perishable/fast ripening fruits like berries and local fruits (i.e. bananas, papayas, avocadoes etc.). If the item is not picked up for a certain period and does not meet our standard of quality anymore, we may decide to dispose of the items and this will be non-refundable.
