REFUND POLICY

At Sunshine Fruit Bar, we are proud of our commitment to excellent quality and customer service. We will be happy to offer refunds or store credit for any of the following reasons:

  • Product/s ordered are unavailable (out of stock, not in season, no fresh selections available, etc.)
  • Product/s ordered are missing upon delivery
  • Product/s delivered are not considered satisfactory by the client (must be reported within 24 hours of purchase)

For the case of unavailable items, we will contact you ASAP for replacement preferences. Please keep your line open for smooth coordination. 

For missing items, please contact us immediately upon receipt of the items and we will immediately investigate as soon as we can.

For refund requests due to unsatisfactory condition, please send us an e-mail us within twenty-four (24) hours from receipt of the product and email picture and/or videos of the product in your complaint to orders@sunshinefruitbar.com. We will immediately investigate and assist you as quickly as we can.

Please note that we will not be held liable for damages incurred during transit. This is out of our hands especially since these riders are third-party.

For fresh produce, we strive to give you the best quality possible. We check them upon dispatch and make sure that all items meet our STANDARD and QUALITY. However, since these are a PRODUCT OF NATURE and not manufactured from factories, we can never guarantee 100% if an item is 100% sweet, will ripen perfectly or is perfect inside. These are out of our control. In addition, we are not liable to damage due to logistics/delivery.

Refund and item replacement is subject to management decision based on the investigation result of the said problem. Refunds may be granted through replacement of the item, store credits for your future orders, or a direct refund within 3 days. Direct refunds can be processed to BDO, BPI, or GCash.
