This Small Seed Lychee variety is usually sweeter and juicier (because of smaller seed and plumper meat) than it's regular counterpart. The green color is an indication of it's small seed variety and is not an indication of ripeness. Can already be eaten as soon as you receive it. Sweet and aromaric, once you peel the skin off, the crisp juicy flesh of a lychee fruit is white or pinkish, translucent and glossy like the consistency of a grape, but the taste is sweeter.
