Direction of Use:

No Thawing, Cook from frozen.Cook until internal temperature reaches minimum of 74°C.
PAN-FRY: Pre-heat and lightly oil non-stick pan. Pan-fry fillets for 4 mins (2 minutes on each side)
AIR-FRY: Air-fry at 180°C for 5 mins and then flip and air-fry for 3 more mins.
